To refresh your memory, Vanessa is that remarkably cute 19-year-old actor that starred along side Zac Efron in High School Musical 2, which has been a big hit on the Disney Channel. The tweens all seem to love it and anything else about HSM2.

Someone leaked photos of Vanessa in the altogether onto the Internet back in September. The photos were taken when she was 15 or 16-years-old, which would probably make them child pornography from a legal standpoint.

Since then, the tabloids, the Hollywood TV shows, and the tablogs or blogbloids (blogs that gossip about Hollywood stars) have been constantly circulating and re-circulating rumors that Vanessa will be fired.

So far, Disney has stuck by her, but some Hollywood insiders insist that Vanessa getting canned is only a matter of time.

Britney Spears Denied Extended Child Custody

Los Angeles Commissioner Scott Gordon handed down his ruling in the Britney Spears - Kevin Federline child custody case this week, and Britney was denied any further extended custody.

TMZ.com is reporting that Britney was awarded just three visits per week: two visits from Noon to 7 PM and one overnight visit. Most importantly, the visits must be monitored.

In his ruling the Commissioner wrote that when Britney has the kids, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all."

He also said that "during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play."

The most damning evidence against Britney came from her parenting coach who said, "It seems that (her) choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children."

The coach is also quoted saying that Britney also seems to have a "lack of general attention at times." However, the coach did say that she did not find anything she "would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense."

The coach further said that "the problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has (on) her children, nothing is going to be successful."

Of course, it is also possible that the Commissioner was also persuaded by images like this of Britney exposing herself pantyless to the paparazzi.

There is also evidence like the following video from Youtube.com that reportedly shows Britney behaving badly while allegedly under the influence.

FBI Reported Seizing $2 million in David Copperfield Rape Investigation

Fox News and TMZ.com are reporting that David Copperfield is being investigated by the FBI. The investigation is reportedly about a rape complaint that a Seattle woman has filed against the illusionist.

Because the alleged rape occurred in the Bahamas, which is outside of the US, the FBI has legal jurisdiction over Americans accused of crimes there.

2Snaps.tv has reported that Copperfield allegedly offered the woman $2 million for her silence in the matter. According to Fox News, the FBI raided a warehouse that Copperfield either leases or owns in Las Vegas. 2Snaps.tv has reported that the FBI seized $2 million cash in that raid along with digital camera equipment and a computer hard drive.

The FBI is reportedly investigating whether Copperfield photographs attractive women who attend his Las Vegas shows and then invites them to his hideaway on the Bahamas.

According to a friend of the alleged victim, Copperfield invited the alleged victim to a “lavish party” at his compound in the Bahamas. When the woman arrived last July 27th, there was no party--only she and Copperfield.

The woman’s friend states that Copperfield held the woman down and forced himself on her leaving terrible bruises. The woman used her cell phone to take photos of the scene, then flew back to Seattle, where she filed her complaint.

A spokesperson for Copperfield has denied all of the allegations.

Robert Goulet Needs Lung Transplant

Singer and actor, Robert Goulet, lies in critical condition in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center awaiting a lung transplant to save his life.

The 73-year-old Goulet took ill in late September with a shortage of breath and growing increasingly weak. He was hospitalized on September 30th in Las Vegas. On October 13th he was transferred to the Los Angeles hospital to await a lung donor.

He has been diagnosed with Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis, a rare and potentially fatal lung disorder.

Goulet was a sensation on Broadway as the lead role in Camelot starring along side Richard Burton and Julie Andrews. He also won a Tony award in 1968 for his role in Happy Time.

He appeared in many TV shows including the Jackie Gleason Show, Fantasy Island, Cannon and Police Woman starring Angie Dickinson.

His wife, Vera, said regarding the transplant, "He is a strong, positive man, full of life. I know if he is given the transplant he will pull through this.”

Kid Rock's Mug Shot Released After Atlanta Arrest

Atlanta - Kid Rock was arrested on a battery charge in Atlanta early Sunday morning, and Atlanta police also released his mug shot on the left. Rock and his group had played at the Tabernacle concert hall in Atlanta earlier on Saturday night.

Rock and his entourage were dining at a Waffle House restaurant when another restaurant customer, Harlan Adkins, approached Rock’s group because Adkins knew a woman in Rock’s group.

Adkins’ discussion with the woman grew into a fracas that continued in the restaurant’s parking lot. During the resulting melee, Adkins reportedly broke a restaurant window.

Rock’s tour bus left the parking lot, but was pulled over by Atlanta police just a short time later. Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, and five others involved in the confrontation were arrested and charged with simple battery.

After posting $1,000 bail, Rock was released around 5 PM Sunday evening to a crowd of Rock‘s fans gathered around the DeKalb County jailhouse.

The 36 year old Rock was also arrested last month in Las Vegas for a confrontation he had with rocker Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Rock is no stranger to police blotters. He was also arrested in Nashville in 2005 and in Michigan in 1991 and 1997.

Max McGee Green Bay Packer Great Dies

Max McGee, a Green Bay Packers legendary wide receiver of the 1950's-1960’s, died Saturday, falling from the roof of his home in Deephaven, Minnesota. McGee was clearing leaves from the roof of his home when he fell from the roof to his death. He was 75 years old.

As a wide receiver for 12 seasons with the Packers, McGee caught a pass from Bart Starr and ran for the first touchdown in Super Bowl history. He played in two Super Bowls and five NFL Championships.

During his 12 seasons with the Packers McGee had 345 receptions for 6,346 yards and 51 touchdowns. He was also a member of the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame.

As a member of the special teams, he punted 256 times for 10,647 yards. After retiring from football, he served as color commentator for the Packer games from 1979 to 1998.

Donald Trump Calls Angelina Jolie Ugly?

Donald Trump has been quoted this week knocking Angelina Jolie’s beauty. Said Trump, “Angelina Jolie is sort of amazing because everyone thinks she’s like this great beauty. And I’m not saying she’s an unattractive woman, but she’s not beauty, by any stretch of the imagination. I really understand beauty. And I will tell you, she’s not — I do own Miss Universe. I do own Miss USA. I mean I own a lot of different things. I do understand beauty, and she’s not.”

Notice how The Donald said he owned Miss Universe and Miss USA. Of course, he really owns the beauty pageants for Miss Universe and Miss USA. But perhaps the Donald actually believes that he owns Miss Universe and Miss USA, the women. It certainly sounds that way when he speaks.

Anyone who is capable of reading the newspaper and has read The Donald quotes before knows that his ego is his driving force. He really appears to believe that he is better and smarter than the rest of us because he has earned a lot of money.

If you ever listen to an interview of The Donald, you will hear the phrase “and I made a lot of money” over and over again. But, of course, if everyone spent every waking hour trying to make more money like The Donald does, most of us would be a lot wealthier.

We have added some photos of the woman that The Donald thinks is un-beautiful. You may judge for yourself, but it is hard to understand how anyone can believe that Angelina, regardless any other flaws, is anything but very, very attractive.

Notice that we are not speculating on whether or not The Donald is beautiful. The answer to that is a foregone conclusion.

Michael Vick Selling his Georgia Home

Michael Vick put his Georgia house on the market as his legal and financial misfortunes spiral. Vick's three year old Duluth, Georgia, home is listed at $4.5 million and features 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. It has lake views, 1.5 acres and is on the waterfront.

Vick has been suspended from playing in the NFL and is losing millions from his Atlanta Falcons salary. Vick has plead guilty to federal dog fighting charges.

Vick also has a home in Virginia, which is the site where his dog fighting woes were waged.

Joey Bishop Dies

Joey Bishop, the stone-faced comedian who was part of “The Rat Pack” died on Wednesday night at his home in Newport Beach. He was 89 and had been in failing health for some time.

The Rat Pack, during the 60’s and 70’s, was considered the coolest gang of entertainers of their era. Other members were Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Peter Lawford, and Sammy Davis Jr. The group starred in the original “Oceans Eleven.”

Bishop starred in a late night talk show on ABC opposite Johnny Carson and Merv Griffin for 2 ½ years in the late 1960’s. Regis Philbin was his announcer and sidekick in the show.

He also starred in “The Joey Bishop Show” which was a situation comedy that ran in prime time from 1961 to 1965.

Bishop was married to his wife, Sylvia, for 58 years, and she preceded him in death in 1999.

Britney Spears Runs over Paparazzo's Foot

Britney Spears' Mercedes ran over a paparazzo's foot as she left a medical office building in Beverly Hills. It appeared that the photographer was uninjured, but the mishap does look serious in the video.

In all fairness to Britney, the photographer was entirely too close to her car. Is it possible that he may have even gotten himself run over deliberately in order to create an incident he might benefit from? That is difficult to tell.

The paparazzi literally swarm around Britney when she is out and about. They swarm so much that it is surprising that this has not happened before.

She was reportedly at the medical building to get injections to enlarge her lips. Well, that is something we all need, isn't it?

Britney also lost her overnight visitation rights to see her children because she failed to follow up on her drug testing and because she also stood up her parenting coach for an appointment at her home. The coach showed up, but Britney must have had better things to do.

Since she blew off her court ordered obligations, the court is now punishing her by allowing fewer visitation rights to see her children.

Will Vanessa Hudgens Be Booted From High School Musical?

Vanessa Hudgens’ “High School Musical 3” career could be in trouble. OK! Magazine is reporting that they have the inside dope that Disney is going to dump Vanessa for the filming of HSM3.

Vanessa is one of the stars of “High School Musical 2,” which has been a big producer for Disney on the Disney Channel this year, and Disney is in the process of casting the sequel “High School Musical 3.”

Vanessa has been the victim of someone leaking embarrassing nude photos of her on the Internet this fall, and Disney is very sensitive to anything un-wholesome related to its productions. Previously, Disney denied that it would even consider not bringing Vanessa back.

Now, however, Disney has been quoted saying “We are still in negotiations with all of the ‘High School Musical’ stars.” That could mean that Disney may intend to announce that negotiations failed and they will replace Hudgens. The phrase “still in negotiations” is not the ringing endorsement that Disney expressed only a month ago when the first pictures of Vanessa surfaced on the Net.

A spokesperson for Vanessa denies that Disney is even considering axing the 18 year old beauty. “Totally untrue. It is an old rumor,” the rep reportedly told Access Hollywood. “OK! magazine never bothered to fact check with me but they did call Disney who said it wasn’t true, but yet OK! ran it anyway. Apparently OK! magazine was having a slow news day.”

OK! Magazine is standing by its story claiming it has the inside track.

If Disney intends to keep Vanessa, it will probably issue a statement to that effect soon to quell the latest reports in OK! Magazine. If they do not issue a more definitive denial, Vanessa’s days with HSM may be numbered.

Ellen DeGeneres Crying on Talk Show

Ellen DeGeneres had an emotional public meltdown on her talk show over giving away her dog, Iggy, to her hairdresser. Ellen appeared on her talk show crying about the issue because she apparently gave the dog away illegally.

Ellen and her partner, actress Portia De Rossi, adopted Iggy on September 20th from Mutts and Moms, a pet rescue agency. Her adoption agreement required her to return the dog to the agency if she did not want to keep it. Instead, when Iggy did not get along with Ellen’s cats, she violated her agreement with the pet agency when she gave the dog away.

After the agency enforced its requirement to return the dog to the agency, taking the dog back from the hairdresser and her children, Ellen’s emotional crying fit on her talk show put public pressure on the pet agency to relent in its actions.

Defendant: Guns Were OJ's Idea

Charles “Chuck” Cashmore told NBC’s Matt Lauer on the Today Show that OJ Simpson is the one who asked his co-defendants to bring guns with them when Simpson and a few associates allegedly robbed two sports memorabilia dealers at the Palace Station Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas in early September.

Cashmore was one of the “associates” who accompanied Simpson on the botched mission to rescue some of OJ’s memorabilia that he claims were rightfully his. The accompanying photo shows a football that was one of the items that OJ allegedly stole from the hotel room.

OJ claims that the memorabilia was stolen from him years ago, and he was merely retrieving his own property. The Las Vegas police have a different view of the “retrieval” and have charged Simpson with two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary with a deadly weapon and kidnapping.

Cashmore claims to have only met Simpson that very day saying, “I did not know Mr. Simpson before that evening. A mutual friend of ours asked me if I wanted to meet the gentleman. I just had a cocktail with him and it went from there.”

NBC reports that Cashmore has pled guilty to being an accessory to a robbery and is cooperating with the prosecuting attorneys. If Cashmore testifies that the guns were OJ’s idea, that could prove to be one important nail in Simpson’s coffin. Simpson initially claimed that there were no guns involved in the alleged robbery.

Paris Hilton's Boyfriend: "Shes Really Smart"

Paris Hilton's latest boyfriend, Allex Vaggo, was talking to Life + Style Magazine about Paris and said, "Actually, she's really smart."

Vaggo, who is from Sweden, went on to say, “I love that she's a down-to-earth person who cares about real people and real problems in the world."

"She's totally different from her public image. She's smart, focused and beautiful. I'm very impressed with her."

He continued, “I love spending time with her. Anyone would be lucky to be around someone like Paris."

That's what he said, believe it or don't.

The photo of Paris to the left was taken at the beach. That certainly looks like a down-to-earth person who cares about real people. Why would anyone think otherwise?

Is Lindsay Lohan Broke?

Tablogs (tabloid type blogs) are reporting all over the Internet that Lindsay Lohan is broke after reportedly spending nearly $7 million on her late night partying lifestyle over the past few years.

Fametastic.co.uk is reporting that Lindsay spent $1 million alone last year renting a bungalow at Chateau Marmont Hotel, and that includes room service and hotel chauffeured limos.

Another million or so went for her designer wardrobe and hairstyles. Then, of course, there is the cost of cocaine. Even Lindsay reportedly has admitted that she has lost track of how much that has cost her.

Add to that $350,000 for her hot Mercedes and Beemer, plus a small fortune on lawyer fees for legal troubles of the recent past. It all adds up to trouble unless Ms. Lohan is able to get an acting gig fast.
